Two metres twenty in a single casting, undulating like a stretched drop laid flat against the wall. The wall is thin and the light source runs along its whole length: the light comes from a line rather than a point, and the relief of the moulding makes it vary from one end to the other.
The piece bears the metal plate CEDRI MARTINI on its edge. Cedrimartini was founded in 2004 in Vicenza, in the Veneto, by Andrea Martini, who came from plastics research, and Rienzo Cedri, an industrial designer trained in jewellery. The house develops its own composite materials and moulds to produce, in very small series or as unique pieces, sculptural furniture and lighting of organic inspiration.
