Four black lacquered steel legs cross beneath a low base; seat and back cushions in cognac leather, the backs tilting independently of one another to turn the sofa into a daybed.
Paolo Piva, an architect trained in Venice, designed for B&B Italia from the 1970s onwards. The Alanda belongs to this collaboration, at the moment when the manufacturer was looking for low seats with an exposed structure.
Very good condition. The sofa retains its original black lacquered steel base and cognac leather.
